The PMO Service is customisable to the Clients required PMO model and encompasses working with Joint Ventures, Business Partners and Contractors, and coordinating and managing all aspects of the service delivery necessary within the Project stages. At Project start-up and initiation, the PMO supports the compilation of the necessary service level agreements with Suppliers, in alignment with Project deliverables.
